Ryan leads with strategy and relationships; Marcy keeps everything moving with energy, precision, and heart. Together, they’ve built Harbour Search Group — and a family — around one simple belief: when the right people are in the right roles, everything just works.

    Throughout my career — from building and leading sales, marketing, and partnership teams with organizations like the PGA TOUR and Club Car, to working directly with executives and operators across the golf and hospitality industries — one thing has always stood out to me: the profound impact a single individual can have on an entire organization.

    I’ve seen what happens when the right person is in the right role — how clarity, confidence, and culture can shift almost overnight. And I’ve also seen the opposite: talented people whose abilities went unnoticed or underutilized, and organizations that settled for convenience when they needed excellence. Those experiences stayed with me.

    In today’s market, where employees come and go more frequently than ever and open positions seem constant, companies are flooded with applicants but starved for time. The volume alone makes it nearly impossible to give every candidate the attention they deserve — and as a result, the best fits are often buried in the noise.

    My wife and I founded Harbour Search Group to close that gap. To help organizations find leaders who elevate performance, culture, and long-term growth — and to help talented individuals find environments where they can thrive. The firm was built on a simple idea: to make sure great people aren’t overlooked, and great companies don’t settle when they don’t have to.

    At Harbour Search Group, I focus on relationships, strategy, and direction — guiding our clients through the process of finding leaders who will truly elevate their business. I believe hiring well isn’t just a business function; it’s the foundation of culture and performance.

    Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my family — golfing with my boys or with friends, fixing or building things, and tackling whatever project’s next around the house. I like staying busy and being outdoors, but I also appreciate slowing down — eating dinner together each night, walking the dogs around the neighborhood, drink in hand, and enjoying as many trips as time allows. I might joke about being the “CEO” at home, but everyone knows Marcy’s the one who keeps things running.

    Before helping to found Harbour Search Group with my husband, my career took me through hospitality, administration, and nonprofit work — all places where people and relationships come first. I’ve always been fueled by connection — learning people’s stories, understanding what motivates them, and bringing energy and optimism into every conversation.

    Motherhood has only deepened that instinct. It’s taught me patience, perspective, and the ability to find calm (and humor) in the chaos. It’s also made me sharper — a better listener, a better planner, and someone who knows how to balance empathy with action. Those same qualities guide my work every day, helping clients and candidates feel understood, cared for, and confident throughout the search process.

    At my core, I love people — their energy, their quirks, their goals — and I love helping them find places where they can truly thrive. That’s what drives me here at Harbour Search Group: creating meaningful connections that move both people and organizations forward, with warmth, care, and lots of excitement!

    If Ryan sets the direction, I make sure the wheels actually turn. As COO of Harbour Search Group, I oversee the firm’s day-to-day operations and lead the execution of our searches — from research and candidate outreach to interview coordination and client communication.

    Outside of work (and to be honest, even throughout it), my world revolves around our boys. Whether we’re playing games, coming up with new projects, or just laughing our way through the day, they’re at the center of everything I do. I love creating fun for them — from over-the-top birthday parties and Halloween nights to little adventures at home that make everyday life feel special. Between the kids, the chickens, the dogs, family, friends, and the constant motion of it all, it’s chaos and energy combined that I wouldn’t trade for anything in the world.
